At FlexyTech Fitness Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how products may be returned and refunded.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with any original packaging, accessories, manuals, or other items supplied with the product, where applicable.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning unwanted products to us.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are not refundable except where required by applicable law, including where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. FlexyTech Fitness Ltd cannot take responsibility for a return that is lost before it reaches us.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and determine whether it meets the conditions of this policy.

If your return is approved, a full refund for the eligible returned product will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Where applicable, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. You will not be required to bear return costs where applicable law requires us to cover them.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Any applicable return shipping costs for an exchange requested because of customer preference are the customer's responsibility.
